You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission from EnglishMaster. Individual results vary significantly. You understand that achieving language fluency requires sustained effort and practice beyond instruction hours.

In no event shall EnglishMaster's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or £100, whichever is greater. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the arbitration clause, either party may pursue equitable relief (injunction or specific performance) in court to prevent irreparable harm. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney fees in any arbitration or dispute resolution proceeding, except the arbitrator may award costs to the prevailing party if arbitration is deemed frivolous.

Suspended or terminated users are not entitled to refunds of prepaid fees.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. All provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including indemnification, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution, shall survive. EnglishMaster may delete your account data after 90 days of termination unless you request earlier deletion.
